Miss Julia is my sweet granddaughter who lives in Mississippi. She is painted here on the porch of her home in the countryside near Oxford...a southern belle indeed. She and her family are welcoming a new baby girl to their family later this week. Best wishes to all!
I love everything about this one... her expression not sure if she really wants her picture made, her bare feet, the color of her dress, the way she's leaning not standing in a perfect pose... beautiful on many levels.
