Best Friends

This sweet Labrador Retriever was an only child until her new baby sister arrived.  From the looks of my photo references for this painting, this is the beginning of many fun times for this duo.

We enjoyed watching the Westminister Kennel Club Dog Show this week.  How I would love to paint those beauties!  Congratulations to Miss P, a 15" Beagle with lots of personality. Her owner said she would retire to become a Mom after winning this prestigious show.

Here is the collage of the paintings I created this month in Leslie Saeta's 30 paintings in 30 days challenge.  As you can see I didn't quite make 30, but close enough!  The collage was made by uploading the photos to an online website named "picmonkey".  It's a fun tool to use.
