This beautiful homeplace in Selma, Alabama, holds a lifetime of sweet memories for a southern family who has both roots and wings here. What a grand place it has been to nurture and grow generations of children and grandchildren!  

Charley

Charley is moving with his owners to our neighborhood soon.  He will get to meet his new dog friends, Coco and Rose.  We think he will enjoy the walking trail around the pond in front of his house.  Welcome to Legacy, Charley!

Blue and White

The beautiful blue and white Chinese footbath was the perfect host for this Bromeliad.  

I like the contrast created by the cool leaves with the blue and white vessel versus the warm red flower and polished tabletop.  

Southern Belle

This adorable young lady is looking very southern posing barefooted on her verandah in a lovely heirloom dress.
